Oshodi People: We’re Tired of Talo and his Gang

mayhem
After the gruesome murdered of Alhaji Rasaq Bello, popularly called Hamburger, and the fracas that engulfed the Oshodi and its environ after his death, the people of Oshodi have sent save our soul message to the governor of the state, Mr. Akinwumi Amobode to come to their rescue.
According to information gathered, since the death of Hamburger the entire oshodi and its environ has been unsave for both resident and commutters as everyone now live in fear.
They said ‘We the Oshodi people seek for the urgent intervention of the state governor in this matter, so that peace can rain in our environment, because some Hoodlums are using the opportunity to create chaos, steal and destroyed people’s properties. The tension is getting hot every blessed day, everyone move around with fear and sleep with one eye opened’.
‘And we want to use this medium to disassociate MC Oluomo from the killing of Hamburger, because MC Oluomo was away in the USA where he has been for two weeks now.’
‘Aside being out of town, several times before now, he has sponsored advertorials both in the local newspapers and radio on the need to maintain law and order before and during the electioneering period based on what the national leader Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu discussed with him and some other stakeholders.’
“It is rather painful that the death of someone who had no prior problem with MC Oluomo could be linked to him” is an unnecessary rumour bent on causing undue rivalry and public disorder among people who had no history of rancor between each other. With what is going on in Oshodi, it shows that we have someone sponsoring what is happening presently in our community, Oshodi. We believe we have security in Lagos State, most especially Oshodi in particular, let them come to Oshodi people’s aid as we no longer save from Talo and his gang.
If truly is angry on d death of our beloved hamburger., he should allow d police force to do there job and he stop taken law in to his hands.
We people of Oshodi felt sad for the death of this gentleman soul, may his soul rest in perfect peace.
Another Oshodi resident said ‘Early this month, some leaders in Oshodi went to Asiwaju’s office to confirm the local government chairmanship issue with him. Asiwaju pleaded to the leaders to forget about the primary, because he has promised 18 local government chairmen to return and he can’t reverse his promise, so he pleaded with the leaders at the meeting to support the former chairman, Hon Abolaji Muse Ariyoh, but he told them to share the remain positions among themselves and enjoined them to bring the list for him to sign. Following day the leaders compiled the list and took it to Asiwaju to attest it, which he did and instructed them to give copy to the state chairman and Senator Afikuyomi.
Because of this plan, chairmanship primary election not expected from the affected area like Oshodi, due to Asiwaju;s detectives. We all thought that we are going for consensus not voting, base on the list Asiwaju have signed, the Ariyoh’s camp kicked against the list after he has been elected with consensus as Asiwaju directed. Assuming his camp agreed with the plan, such mess wouldn’t have happened in Oshodi or any where in the state. More so, are they saying Asiwaju’s directives no longer take hold in Lagos and Oshodi in particular or what.
