Notable ewi exponent and veteran actor, Chief Sulaiman Aremu
Ayilara has cried out that Nigerian owned network provider, Globalcom Limited is
owing him the whooping sum of five million naira. While narrating his ordeal
with Ojutole Entertainment Blog, the Ila
Orangun born thespian said, he was contacted in 2013 to do a special song with
video for the chairman of Globalcom Limited, Doctor Mike Adenuga for the
sum of ten million naira but he was paid only five million and the company
promised to pay the balance later.
Ajobiewe said that
out of the paid five million, a globacom staff known as Bode Opeseyitan who was the intermediary between him and company forced him to pay two million naira for the man he brought to handle the camera for the
production, Ajobiewe said Opeseyitan
warned him that only the man he brought can handle the projerct effectively because the is working for Globalcom.
The multiple awarding winning orator and ewi merchant said,
Opeseyitan succeeded in collecting more than four millions naira from
the initial five million paid. He said since that time, Globalcom has refused
to pay the balance of five million naira and Opeseyitan has been playing hide
and seek game with him.
‘Opeseyitan is not picking my calls again and he refused to
give my balance, am pleading to all well-
meaning Nigerians to beg this guy for me, is my sweat they should pay me my
money’. Ajobiewe begged.
Meawhile, all our efforts to hear from Opeseyitan proved
abortive, the man did not pick our calls.
